.Project name: joint action Grant–political engagement founded by Malala fund.
As a project manager, I would have been responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that aim to bring about positive change in the education sector. Following are the major project responsibilities.
Develop and refine project plan, including defining objective, scope, deliverable, and timeline. Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including human resources, budgets, and materials. Bullet and maintain strong relationship with various stakeholders, including government bodies, local communities, partner organizations, and donors. Lead a team of project coordinators, educators, and support staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success. Establish key performance indicators, and regularly assess project progress, making data-driven decisions to adopt strategies as necessary.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring funds are used effectively and transparently. Prepare comprehensive reports on project activities and outcomes to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Ensure that projects adhere to high quality standards and best practices in education. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.

Roll out and manage MEAL mechanism as per commitments.To establish, manage and strengthen Accountability to Beneficiaries which includes capacity building of partner organizations on this theme.To carry out regular field monitoring of program interventions and produce monitoring reports on the given format, conduct debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop an agreed action plan.To carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in the action plan.To establish and manage Complaint and Feedback Mechanism which facilitate beneficiaries/communities to register complaints and share feedback.To assist the project in carrying out preliminary first inquiry report in case of serious nature of complaints filed by beneficiaries/communities.To maintain complaints and feedback tracking database and do follow up on complaints to reach a resolution involving relevant project/program staff.To assist the project in identifying key compliance/quality questions and parameters capitalizing on the existing checklists and minimum standards for monitoring project performance.To assist in reviewing data bases and data tracking tools of diverse projects in order to maintain data quality for collating reliable and consistent data which meets minimum reporting requirements of donors .To assist in planning and implementation of baseline surveys, monitoring and evaluation exercises and impact assessments when needed.

Working on two 2 District NOUSHEROFEROZ, KAIIRPUR quantitative monthly, quarterly and annual reports to update Country Office on project progress.Support in project monitoring and evaluation, for example baseline, mid-term project review, needs assessment, post distribution monitoring and final evaluation.Assist in the development of Complaint and Feedback Mechanism to strengthen accountability towards beneficiaries and people affected by crisisAssist in the development and/or finalization of the project Work Plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and timeframes as relevant.Manage the Performance Monitoring Framework (PMF) including Indicator Tracking TablesIdentify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project.Conduct key informant interviews (KIIs) with stakeholders which may include implementing partners staff, beneficiaries and community members.

  To Ensure the CMAM and IYCF Programs implemented in the field offices as per the project proposal and project work plan.
  To Give technical and programmatic guidance for all nutrition staff under     his/her supervision
  To ensure all the components of the project activities are carried out as per national guidelines and with high quality standard.
 To Guide field staffs to timely prepare weekly and monthly plan towards accomplishing the AWP and monitor the accomplishments accordingly
  To Conduct regular monitoring visit to OTP sites at union council and also to villages’ to assess the implementation status of projects activities towards achieving the project objectives in an efficient way
 To Use the standard monitoring/supervision tools in order to accomplish the nutrition activities in standardized way.
  To organize periodic review meetings at district level and provide feedback to     districtnutrition teams regarding program implementation.
 To Organize and conduct orientation for nutrition staffs and other auxiliary staff.
 To provide technical and programmatic guidance for nutrition staffs at field offices     through regular supportive supervision and coaching.
  To in close coordination with NSP Sindh organize trainings for the project staff.
 To ensure that nutrition staff under his/her supervision is at their work place and their duties responsibly during working hours.
  To ensure staff safety during field work and coordinate with district project manager for  security clearance before team departure to field.
  To Make timely requisition and ensure timely arrival of supplies from NSP Sindh and   monitor distribution at OTP sites.
  To Monitor proper storage of nutrition supplies at field warehouse and prepare reports for NSP Sindh.
  To prepare stock reports and share with NSP Sindh.
 To ensure the vehicles at the field office are efficiently used for program.
  To Coordinate with District Health Offices and District Support Management (PPHI) to   ensure close collaboration for implementation of the project.
  To Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with local government authorities in the district.
  To coordinate with program manager, NSP Sindh for project monitoring, trainings, stock management, reporting.

Responsible for the activities like joint monitoring and exposure visits
  In coordination with ACF/concern worldwide team organize the training events for field staff.
   Provide supportive supervision to local organizer/outreach worker for supportive supervision of CHW Community.
    Maintain close liaison with PPHI and department of health.
   Taking care and responsible of all reports Monthly and quarterly, and criteria of management.   To participants and meetings with stake holders , districts  government officers officer,

   To ensure the monitoring of ER-2 and provide technical support to field workers for given assigned area.
   Facilitate penetration of community health workers in the field through trouble shooting and providing on the spot support through field visits.
   facilitate community engagement in the most representative manner.
   Responsible for meeting community leaders and seeking support for community health supervisors and workers.
   The MEAL will be responsible for community participation at all stages of program.  He/ She will also ensure that feedback and complaint mechanism is properly in place
   Perform any other official task assigned by the Supervisor/Management.

Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Responsibilities Programming and Financial Monitoring procedures and policies while collecting UC wise data. Performed monitoring and audit of health department as 3rd party auditor. Scheduling meetings and conduct the interviews of UC MOs. Observed trainings, micro plans and financial checking balance and filing of tool kits. Responsible for official compliance to supervisor.

Peace and Development Organization (PDO), Islamabad/Mansehra based Organisation Program Officer Hyderabad, Sanghar Responsibilities; Taking care of all legal affairs and working of the organization and looking after all program activities and coordinating with organizations and line departments for any possible intervention in the region. Center for Social Justice (CSJ) A Lahore based Organisation  My collaboration with CSJ on Peace & Justice and Peace Building. I arranged and conducted meetings with Deputy Commissioner, District Police Officers and Civil Society Organisations. I have worked on knowledgeable Assessment Survey, compiled reports and shared with Coordinator and Donor Agencies.
